Welcome to the Math 126 Practice Problems Page! Here you will find additional problems to work out, ordered by Lecture Section. Some have solutions, as we get further into the class, more and more do not. We encourage you to post your questions and solutions on the class Piazza page.

Learning calculus takes practice. Here are some tips on how to study and do well in this class.
The lectures are here. Each week you should go through the sections listed in the schedule (click the calendar on the right at the top). Read your book, watch the lesson, do your homework, and write your journal entry.
More problems can be found on this site. Some of these problems have solutions. There are fewer solutions toward the end of the class. For these problems use the forms to discuss solutions. Solutions and hints will be posted if the class tries the problem and gets stuck.
For this class we use "Calculus" by Stewart, vol. 2 which is part of "Calculus, 7th Edition, Early Transcendentals" by Stewart and we use our own Taylor Series Notes. "Calculus" by Stewart is included with Webassign access. For the homework, we use WebAssign. All students need an access code for Webassign. If you purchased an access code for Math 124/5, you do not need a new code. If you need to buy Webassign access, you may purchase it, along with an electronic copy of the text, directly from the publisher at this website for $70: Webassign.
